A Dialogue With Benign Khadija – Hussaini Muhammad Danliti

Three days ago, Khadijah called me on phone and invited me to be at Bukur of Plateau state to attend her sister’s wedding ceremony.

The following day, I honored her invitation and arrived at Bukur town. When she saw me, she said, “Young Journalist, our friendship exist for almost 10 years but we found it difficult to physically met with one another before since we grew-up “. I affirmed and we played and laughed together during our childhood.

Khadijah being a woman with sympathy for mankind told me that she has plan of helping three categories of people in life; the orphans, the poorests and the sick.

Khadijah also said that she is planning to establish a foundation to help orphans, poorest girls who do not go to school and to educate women on political participation and activism for they are left behind and kept underdeveloped.

The interview was impressive to me and I support her based on her intentions and well-wishes for our society.
