Gov. Bala Awards Scholarships to 5 Bauchi Students for Studies in China
Bauchi State Governor, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed, has awarded scholarships to five outstanding students to study in China, marking a significant advancement in education under his leadership.
The recipients include:
- Yakubu Hussaini (Warji LGA) – Clinical Medicine
- Yohanna Godfrey (Bogoro LGA) – Clinical Medicine
- Abdullai Abdurrahman Suddis (Ningi LGA) – Clinical Medicine
- Yunusa Aisha Ahmed (Jamaare LGA) – Clinical Medicine
- Muhammad M. Khalil (Dambam LGA) – Computer Science and Technology
Mohammed congratulated the students and encouraged them to represent Bauchi State with dedication and commitment.
He emphasized that the scholarships reflect his administration’s focus on investing in human capital and nurturing future leaders.
Dr. Lydia Haruna Tsammanni, the Commissioner of Higher Education and Regional Integration, along with the Bauchi State Scholarship Board, presented the scholarships and commended Governor Mohammed for his steadfast support of education.
Four students will study Clinical Medicine, and Muhammad M. Khalil will pursue Computer Science and Technology in China.
This initiative highlights Governor Mohammed’s commitment to empowering the youth of Bauchi State and promoting international collaboration.
