Burra Constituency: Ibrahim Tanko and his lack of good governance

According to me lack of good governance is the unpatriotic attitude that has marred the wheel of progress of this nation (Nigeria). This unpatriotic character of leaders would be assessed both in public and public sector of the economy.
It shall also consider the level of lack of patriotism by both senior executive and their junior subordinates.

In doing this, there will be an attempt at the definition of corruption and who is a patriot. We shall also look at the areas where the Leadership and the Lead in Nigeria have
exhibited acts of unpatriotism and of course look at measures to encourage patriotism in Nigeria.

The elected member representing Burra constituency in the Bauchi state Assembly Hon. Ibrahim Tanko Burra has marked 10 months in office without single project take place in his constituency despite the lie and propaganda by his media aided. we can attest.

I can see others state house assembly in Bauchi state and other neighbors state doing good in their constituency, it is good and sweet to have a good leader with a leadership skills: just take a look at the likes of Mubarak Haruna Mai Rakumi you will notice that your own state house of assembly member is a sleeping machine at the state Assembly, Individuals with integrity are incorruptible and always uncompromising in the moral and ethical values that they believe in.

A true and strong leader hold themselves and took politics as a collective project that can be accountable for the benefit of the masses and the benefits of lifting one another as a collective project of the masses which the masses delighted to represent them at the state, can we aks why others lawmaker in the state Assembly are doing more far far better than ours?

At the recent election those who fall the masses at the state Assembly are those who the masses give collective support! good leaders should be able to give and also receive feedback from the masses and listen to the masses to actively listen, a leader is someone who cares for his people and that can fight for the masses not only his family.

Learning to empower your masses and effectively delegate takes time in politics of this century, If you struggle with empowering those who work for the success of your dreams and you achieve it those people are like a family to you, which I find is particularly difficult among our new elected lawmaker in the state Assembly.

While on the topic of empowerment, a good leader also knows how to actively listen. This includes being present with the masses, listening to hear rather than to respond and paying attention to the masses, communication and body language.

Good leaders know when to stay quiet and when to voice out for the masses not 247 traveling, when to speak up and stand their ground, which is a fine line for the benefits of the masses.

I have seen most effective leaders I work with I analyze far more than they talk, and sometimes I say to my self Burra constituency masses are in the hand of god because we lack a leader with leadership skills, the masses ask one or two high-impact questions what is the plans an move to take this constituency forward?

No leader is without faults, and the best leaders are acutely aware of their weaknesses. While some leaders try to turn their weaknesses into strengths, I have found the most successful ones instead focus on owning and honing their natural talents. Rather than the try to be an expert in politics, they become a specialist in politics and then empower others to own their own fabulousness.

Moreover, successful leaders build a network of peers and mentors who have been in their shoes and can provide them with shortcuts, recognition and commiseration as they strive to become the best leaders possible.

When we think about political representatives, we tend to think about our elected politicians. Do they reflect the society they are supposed to represent?

We also think of the policies and decisions these elected lawmaker make. Do they act in the way we want them to act? Are our representative making policies in accordance with masses opinion? Rarely do we think about people we have not had a chance to vote for or people that are betrayed by the colleague’s
