Premium Pension appoints M.A Abubakar as non-executive director
Premium Pension Limited has appointed four new non-executive directors.
The appointees include the former Governor of Bauchi State, Dr Mohammed Abubakar; Architect Sale Yunusa, Mohammed Barde, and Bappayo Yahaya.
This was contained in a statement signed by the company’s Head of corporate Communication, Aliyu Ali.
Abubakar, a legal luminary with a Master’s degree in Law and a certification in Legal Drafting from the University of Washington, brings a wealth of legal expertise to the board.
Yunusa, with over four decades of experience in architecture and former leadership roles in the Bauchi State Housing Authority and Urban Development Bank, is poised to infuse his visionary leadership into the company.
Barde, a finance and risk management expert with an impressive educational background, including degrees from Imperial College London and Harvard Business School, aims to bring his global financial insights to the table.
Yahaya, with an MBA from Ahmadu Bello University and a career spanning various sectors, is known for his strategic acumen.
Premium Pension Limited, a licensed Pension Fund Administrator since 2005, is set to benefit from the diverse expertise and experience of its new directors, promising a future of sustained growth and service excellence.
The statement partly read, “In its strategic effort at providing excellent services and repositioning the company to a greater and enviable height, the Board of Premium Pension Limited recently announced the appointments of the former Governor of Bauchi State, Dr Mohammed Abubakar, Architect Sale Yunusa, Mohammed Jibrin Barde and Bappayo Yahaya as new non-executive directors of the company.
