The Bauchi State Governor, Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed who doubles as the chairman of the PDP Governors’ Forum, has emphasized the significance of collaboration between members of the Forum and the leadership of the Party, saying measures are being taken to elevate structures and strategies of the Africa’s largest political party the people’s Democratic Party (PDP) for the benefit of Nigerians.
This was contained in his speech during yesterday’s meeting with stakeholders in Abuja, where he acknowledged the extraordinary performance of members of the Forum as well as other elected officials under the platform of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), expressing his gratitude for the continued support and contributions.
Mohammed said the PDP’s legacies will continue to inspire citizens, in addition to leaving behind indelible mark in the history of Nigeria’s political history, calling for support and prayers for peace, unity and tranquility for the benefit of all.
He expressed confidence that the PDP will be victorious in the forthcoming gubernatorial elections in Kogi, Imo and Bayelsa states, with a call on the electorate to rally behind candidates under its umbrella.
The meeting had in attendance, the Acting National Chairman of the Party among other dignitaries.
