Dr. Halimat to Distribute 30 Smartphones to Vulnerables
In a move aimed at empowering Nigerian youth, persons with disabilities (PWDs), and widows, Dr. Halimat Adenike Tejuosho is set to distribute 30 smartphones selected beneficiaries.
The initiative aligns with President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s vision to promote self-reliance and economic independence among vulnerable groups in the country.
This latest effort is part of Dr. Tejuosho’s broader commitment to reducing poverty and unemployment across Nigeria.
In recent months, she has extended her philanthropic reach to several regions, including Borno State, where she provided food, clothing, and other essentials to those in need.
Her ongoing contributions have prompted calls for recognition by key political figures. Supporters have urged President Tinubu, as well as the Senate President and other leaders, to acknowledge Dr. Tejuosho’s efforts, highlighting her work as a model for addressing critical socio-economic challenges in Nigeria.
Dr. Tejuosho’s initiative is expected to further bolster her reputation as a champion of humanitarian causes, with many viewing her actions as a crucial step toward advancing the government’s developmental goals.
