Group Lauds Dr. Halimat’s Humanitarian Aid to Flood Victims in Maiduguri
Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) in the North-East Zone have expressed their heartfelt appreciation to Her Royal Majesty, Dr. Halimat Adenike Tejuosho, for her recent humanitarian outreach to flood victims in Maiduguri, Borno State.
Despite her demanding schedule, Dr. Tejuosho personally visited the affected communities, delivering much-needed relief items to displaced persons devastated by the flood.
The outreach, organized as part of her ongoing efforts to support vulnerable groups, has been lauded as a significant act of compassion.
Comrade Abdullahi Isma’il Ibrahim, the Zonal Disabled Leader for the APC National Youth Ambassadors in the North-East Zone, praised Dr. Tejuosho’s unwavering commitment to humanitarian service.
“Mummy, we are deeply proud and strengthened by your dedication to our people. The relief materials you provided are a testament to your leadership and service to humanity,” he said.
The flood, which left many displaced, had created an urgent need for assistance. Dr. Tejuosho’s support has provided much-needed relief and has been met with immense gratitude from the affected residents and the PWD community.
In a collective prayer, the PWDs expressed their hopes for continued blessings upon Dr. Tejuosho, thanking her for her love, solidarity, and kindness.
“We remain indebted to you, Mum. Thank you, and may God bless you abundantly,” Ibrahim added.
