The Honourable Commissioner of Youth and Sports Development, Muhammad Salees Gamawa, was represented by members of his Technical Team led by Auwal Muhammed Gotal at the parley organised for Wikki Tourists FC at the Aminu Saleh College of Education, Azare.
The parley was organized internally in order to bring about coercion and brotherhood between the Players, Coaches,Staff and Interim board Members of Wikki Tourists FC.
The representative of the Commissioner of Youth and Sports Development, Muhammed Auwal Gotel said the purpose of bring the camp to Azare was for the players and their larger fanbase to interact with each other and further strengthen relationship.
While praising the players for their performances in the matches played, he assured the gathering of Senator Bala Abdulkadir Mohammed government’s continued support to sports development generally emphasizing on it’s desire to see that WIkki Tourists is back to Nigeria Premiere League and therefore Solicit for support and prayers from all quarters to achieve it.
The Commissioner expressed gratitude to the Management of the College for the reception promising a continued robust synergy.
Technical Adviser of Wikki Tourists Muhammed Azeez Audu was full of praises to the Interim Management Committee and Management of the College for the reception, while also promising that with the kind of support from the government and the zeal, prayers, commitment and hungry for Victory by the players, Wikki Tourists FC is on the way of returning to NPFL next Season.
Those that spoke earlier at the occasion included the Deputy Provost of the College Dr Ibrahim Bello, former Sports Director of the College Ahmed Alhaji Azare and Malam Ishak Alhassan who spoke on behalf of the Interim Management Committee of the Wikki Toursists FC.
All invited guests had enough to Wine and Dine to their Satisfaction.
