In letter signed by the Special Adviser Media and Publicity to the State Government Muktar M Gidado stated that the event is scheduled to take place today Monday August 14th, 2023 at New Banquet Hall Government House, Bauchi by 11:00am.
He also said all invited guests are expected to be seated by 10:00am
